Provost Guard tassel holder is silver plated with rhinestones. The Shrine emblem is in the center of the tassel holder surrounded by a black background. Around the emblem is the star which has clear rhinestones and the word, Provost, is on the top of the tassel holder. There are two clutch back pins to secure the tassel holder to your fez.
