This tassel holder has clear rhinestones on the horse`s mane and tail. Red rhinestones are inlayed on the saddle, horse shoes, and on the bottom of the tassel holder. There are two clutch back pins to secure the tassel holder to a fez. This tassel holder is available in gold or silver tone.
